On www.comergence.com, select the 'Forgot Password' and enter your email. An email will be sent to you. The email entered must match the one in your account, other wise no email will be received. 


When entering your credentials to login, be sure to type in your password and Email. Copying and pasting may cause errors. 


If the email is not received in your inbox, but you know the email is the correct one on file, check your junk/spam folders for the email.
