How to Search

You may begin by entering your topic into the search space (magnifying glass) "Type your question here...". We recommend searching by using keywords for the best results. For example if looking for instructions for "How to upload my required documents?", try just using the words "Uploading Documents" or "Upload Documents".

Locate an Article within the 'Solutions' tab

If the topic doesn't appear in your search results, your second option is to select the 'Solutions' tab at the top and scroll down to find all incorporated articles categorized by user type and topic.

Once on a solution page, you'll always have the "Magnifying" bar available to search for another topic.

Just below the magnifying glass will be links showing your path. Click the links for easy access to move back to view previously viewed articles or pages.
