Major Announcements for Appraisers

• Ability for AMCs to register as a AMC company entity.

Improvements

· [Applicant Apply] - An applicant will no longer be able to apply unless all individual owners are verified

· [Scorecard / Shared Profile] - Changed “Criminal” to “State and Local Criminal”, Ownership added to scorecard, Individual and Company findings added to scorecard

· [Applicant Badge] - Only a current applicant owner can order a badge

· [Applicant / Contacts] - Under ownership, label will say “Under Review” if owner has entered verification information but is currently in Comergence Review

· [Applicant Profile] - Changed Personal Information Section to Primary Contact, and now displaying information for primary contact in this section.

· [Public Shared Profile] - Changed Individual Information to Primary Contact Information
