New Features, Services, and Enhancements


Partnered Lenders


  • Neighborhood Watch (HUD) - Neighborhood Watch monitors lenders, and aids lenders in self-policing the industry. Comergence now conveniently provides the Neighborhood Watch data for all active clients. Lenders now have the convenience to easily view this information to meet their requirements for TPO Approval and ongoing monitoring. This data is available at the client account level as well on a new Neighborhood Watch Board which allows them a global overview of all their active clients. (New Feature)



  • Customer TPO Data API  Now includes uploaded TPO Documents! Users and use this API to retrieve and store TPO documents to other internal systems. (Enhancement)



  • Documents – System will now automatically check all applications in Document Required and move the applications to Lender Review whenever there are no required documents outstanding. Prior to this enhancement the workflow was dependent on a document upload. (Enhancement) 

  • Licenses Search – State filter and search now available! Now users can locate licenses with ease, searching by license number, license type, NMLS ID (company, branch, individual), name (first name, last name, first and last name). (Enhancement)


  • Invite – New help text on invite screen. This new help text informs invitees with new information related to the contacts they invite. (Enhancement)




ComergenceCRM Lenders




  • Production HistoryLenders can identify eligible prospective clients by reviewing the historical production data. This section is now available on ALL client accounts for ComergenceCRM users regardless of relationship, registered, or non-registered status. (Enhancement)

  • Prospect BoardLender users now have a “My Team” filter. This new filter will allow reporting managers to quickly view all prospects for their team.


  • Market Search Lenders can now search by any MSA Code (Metropolitan Statistical Area) to increase productivity in targeting clients within their designated territories. (Enhancement)


  • Market ResultsWhen searching a large area, a separate tab has been added to allow lenders to conveniently toggle back and forth from the company list and related MSAs within the searched area. (Enhancement)

 

  • New Market FiltersCRM users can now identify specific prospective clients within the market based on agency approvals and license types to narrow down the list to relevant and/or eligible companies. (Enhancement)


  • Market Navigation Users can now click into any record, click the back button within their browser, and return to their previous search results without having to start their search again. (Enhancement)


  • ContactsContacts that have moved companies, been removed, or deleted, will now be highlighted with a red icon so lenders can easily identify contact that are no longer with the company. (Enhancement)


  • Non – Registered Client Profile – Channels section now available on non-registered companies. Channel section will display all prospect information for client for all channels. (Enhancement)


  • TerritoriesHelp link available within territory management section for quick access to instructional help pages within the Comergence help site. (Enhancement)


  • Manage Territories – Convenient 'check all' and 'uncheck all' options now available when managing and creating territories. (Improvement)

Owner Role/Permission ChangesClient users will now get a warning message when changing the roles and permissions for an owner user. This warning message is displayed to inform them the change they made, may impact their user's ability to access and mange information. A convenient help link will also be available to quickly guide users to our help site to access Roles and Permission help pages. (Improvement)

My Settings Client users now have the ability to manage their own user settings within their settings within their settings dropdown menu. Client users will be able to quickly review their own user record, reset their security pin code, and/or reset their password in one convenient location. (New Feature)

All Users

 

  • User Settings - Loading animation added to indicate the system is processing the update(s).
  • Printed application form saved in IE (Internet Explorer) was grayed out.
  • User cannot inactivate another user that is assigned to an inactive role.
