During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm for Appraisers and Panel Managers. 

Major Announcement for Panel Managers

[All Users] Scorecard findings now only show fields with data. We are no longer displaying rows of data with no information

[Panel Managers] – Updated help text for Public Comments to “All [company name] users can view public comments”

Updated help text for Private comments to “Only [company name] users with private permission can view private comments”. This help text will make it easier to know which users can see which comments. (Enhancement)

[Panel Manager] - Comergence has created the ability for Panel Manager to see if an AMC or Appraiser’s account is in good standing from the search page results. A column has been added which states “Verified and in Good Standing” or “Registered not in Good Standing”. If the AMC or Appraiser is not in good standing the “add to panel” button will not be visible. (Enhancement)

[Panel Managers] – Panel Managers now have the ability to see if an Appraiser or AMC is in good standing from the clients account page. If the account is not in good standing Panel Manager will see a bright red message on clients account page. (Enhancement)
