During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm for Appraisers and Panel Managers.

Major Announcement for Panel Managers

[Panel Managers] – Updates to Questionnaires. New ways for you to get better information and responses from your applicants. Free form text, and multiple options are now available in your questionnaires. As a Panel Manager you now have the option in your questionnaire to require your applicant provide an explanation or reason in response to their answer. Multiple options now allows you to add a pick list of answers for your applicant to choose from.

[Panel Manager] –  When searching for appraisers/AMCs, a "Good Standing" message will now be displayed on clients who are registered in Comergence and have a current subscription.

[Panel Managers] – As a Panel Manager you now have the ability from your Clients board to filter and view your panel by Applicant type. This feature easily lets you view your panel by Appraisers, AMCs, or All.

[Panel Managers] – When viewing an Applicants profile you can now "add to panel" directly from the profile. This enhancement saves you time, by allowing you to add the appraiser to your panel after reviewing their profile, instead of returning back to the search section.

[Panel Managers] – New icons were added to show if the client is an Appraiser or an AMC. Global search results will now display two different icons next to client’s name. A building icon for an AMC, or a person icon for an Appraiser. Easily visualize what type of applicant they are before you add to your panel

Major Announcement for Applicants

[Appraisers/Applying AMCs] – As an Applicant you now have the ability to start an application and return to it later to finish it. Any application that is already started will automatically save, so that you can come back later and complete it. The option to withdraw any application not submitted has also been added.
