New Features, Services, and Enhancements

 

Lenders (Formerly TPOs) - Social Media

  • Improvement- New NMLS Id rule in Compliance Schedule generated an order whenever new sponsorship for an individual was identified. However sometimes and existing employee may be sponsored multiple times by their employer, or move locations. Comergence improved the rule to recognize when an individual was truly a new employee.

  • Improvement- When printing a report from social media the filters you selected will be displayed at the top. Allowing you to see the filters chosen for the report.

  • Improvement – When lender activates monitoring for an individual, lender now has the option whether or not they wish to send activation email.

  • New Feature – Global Archive – Lenders now have a space where ALL posts, comments, blogs, etc. will be aggregated and archived for lender records. Archive can be used to locate any and all information gathered by Comergence and/or the lender for all Social Media Accounts and Digital Media Sites. Keyword search and date range filters allow lender to locate information easily. In addition, lender can easily add new findings and view historical activities related to the posted data.

  • New Feature – Publisher – Lenders can now post to multiple company Social Media Accounts in one place within the Comergence system! Lenders can draft, schedule, or post immediately at their convenience!

Investors (Formerly Lenders)

  • Improvement – Mortgage and Financial Sanctions that are removed from NMLS Consumer Access are now labeled “removed” in the Comergence system. This will clear up confusion on what is still being posted on NMLS VS items that have been removed.

Investors - Investor Marketing (Formerly Concierge)

  • Improvement – “Concierge” rebranded to “Investor Marketing”


  • Improvement- Investors now can create an activity and relate it to a prospect, or create an activity directly from a prospect record. Making it easier to see all the prospect information related to that prospect in one spot.


  • Improvement – Prospect Board no longer has separate “details” link. Investors users can now simply click on Prospect name to be directed to all details related to prospect. In addition, branch locations that are prospects have been updated with branch location name and branch NMLS ID so users can easily now tell the difference.

  • Service update - Campaign functionality removed.


  • Improvement- Contact Lists – Investors can now add or remove contacts from existing contact lists straight from the contact record or from the contact list. Also, when creating a contact list users can preview the contacts included based on the chosen criteria prior to saving. Once the list looks right, visibility settings can be chosen to establish who within the organization can access the contact list (all users or designated users). Existing contact lists can be updated manually or “refreshed” with the latest contact data.

  • Improvement – Customer TPO Data API, Prospect API, and Contact APIs now include custom fields.
  • Improvement – Prospect API now includes date filter.
