New Features, Services, and Enhancements
Lenders (Formerly TPOs) - Social Media
Improvement- Changes to the Compliance Schedule include first order/next order date and Estimated Amount. When creating your compliance schedule for the first time the first order date field appears this will be the date for your first order. After your first order runs the date changes to the next order date based on your schedule settings. Lenders can also edit the schedule and change the date before it runs. Estimated Amount will show you an estimated cost of the order.

Improvement – New look and navigation for Social Compliance section. Left side navigation with easy access to each component of Social Media including: Archive, Reviews, Orders, Monitoring, Reports, and settings.

Improvement – Global Archive – Lenders can now search for a particular post in the Global Archive using Keyword search. Searching on a keyword will return all posts and comments in all versions of the post.

Investors (Formerly Lenders)
New Feature– Purchase Profile. Investors can now restore relationship status with their clients who have a relationship status of: Terminated, Cancelled, Withdrawn, or Declined to either Active, Inactive, Suspended, or Watchlist. Purchase Profile is permission based, users must have the “Edit Relationship Status” permission.
