During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.

New Features, Services, and Enhancements

Social Media (Enhancement)-

• We have made several improvements in the UI for Social Media Monitoring. The board that used to be called ‘Monitoring’ has now been renamed to ‘Findings’. Within the Findings board you now have a source of where each of these findings originated from whether from a review or from monitoring that you have turned on.

Investor (New Feature)- 

• Social Media has been added to the general contact details section – Investors are already provided with the ability to see their client's company Digital Media accounts. We have now released the ability for investors to also view individual Social Media accounts within the contact details of individuals you have an active relationship with. **For users who have investor marketing you can view this information when prospecting a client.
• MCR has been replaced with the new HECM reporting
• New HECM reports are now available and updated monthly for all originators and sponsors.

Investor Marketing (Enhancement)-

• Adding contacts to contact list- Investor Marketing users now have the ability from the contact record to add that contact to an existing contact list.

Lenders (Enhancement)- 

• Merging contacts – We've improved the ability for clients to manage their contacts by allowing them to merge duplicate records while keeping the integrity of their active user records
