Production release notes for version 5.31 and 5.33
Comergence by Optimal Blue released the following changes during the October 2nd scheduled maintenance window.
Social Media Web
• New Social Accounts section to manage monitoring for specific individual accounts.
• New Social Accounts section to easily manage your company accounts. You can now filter between social accounts and your companies web presence.
• Digital media section has been renamed to Social accounts and moved to its own page.
• Manage social accounts permission has moved to the manage section under role permissions.
• Permissions has moved to the manage section under role permissions.
• Added the ability to filter by state for company findings.
• Previously sponsored individuals are now visible in the compliance reporting filter results.
• Increased default number of findings per page from 5 to 10.
• Improved return navigation for findings pages.
• When a user takes any action on a post using a template (other than cancel) they are taking back to the place they were before they created the post.
• Individuals that add ‘Company’ social media accounts are automatically granted publisher access to the account added.
• Individuals using the web client can now see and publish their individual reviews.
• Updated Facebook post preview to match Facebook view.
• Updated LinkedIn post preview to match LinkedIn view.
• Users can now use emojis in post they create.
• Line breaks are now supported. Post preview is now, what you see is what you get.
• Minor bug fixes.
Social Media Mobile (Android Only)
Due to the current issues Apple is having with its iOS 13 release we have suspended all releases for Apple until a stable build is available.
• Users can now post to Instagram.
• Updated Facebook post preview to match Facebook view.
• Minor bug fixes.
Investor Marketing Mobile
• Resitrader information has been added to the client profile.
