During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment with new features, services, and enhancements.

 

Investor

 

Documents:

  • Comergence is now integrated with DocuSign

  • Last action now displayed on client document list
  • Client document history improved to only display actions that occurred since the document was requested
  • An expired badge will display for outdated client documents
  • New waive options to permanently waive and/or one-time waive documents

  • Application “Print Package” option now available
    • Please Note: Any applications created before October 25, 2021 will not include print package

  • New ability to request/assign documents in bulk from the Clients Board

  • New custom field layout & grouping allowing investors to arrange and organize fields within all available objects
  • Significantly increased the number of custom fields
